First Visit

To schedule a complimentary consultation, call or text us at (770) 765-0555 or simply reserve an appointment on our website. Our goal for your first visit is to understand your goals, clearly communicate a customized plan for you and start your treatment if you are ready. After reviewing your X-ray and scan (that’s right-no goopy impressions!), Dr. G will do an exam and then discuss your treatment plan. Your financing options and potential insurance benefits will be explained so that you can feel totally at peace about your decision.

Next, if you’re ready, it’s time to get started! For our Invisalign patients, that means the doctor will use your scan to design your tooth movements online and you will be scheduled for a later date to pick up your trays or have them mailed to you. For our braces patients, that means your braces may be put on that day!

No matter how big or small your treatment will be, this is an exciting day and we celebrate the beginning of something beautiful!

Tiered Pricing

Our fees range from $3,800-$7,000 and treatment time normally ranges from 1-2 years. Instead of a “one size fits all”, we offer tiered pricing so that your treatment cost fits your specific needs and wants. While we will always do a comprehensive examination, we will sometimes just do limited treatment if the patient desires and the doctor determines that it is safe (Think Smile Direct Club, except with a professional involved. Sounds smarter, right?).

We want everyone to be able to afford a life-changing smile so we offer incredibly flexible financing. You choose your down payment, monthly payment and length of payment depending on your situation. We work with all dental insurances. If you have dental insurance, we take care of all communication with the company and ensure that you are receiving the maximum benefit towards your treatment. No headaches. All smiles!

Financing Made Simple

At CFO, we aim to provide an elevated financing experience. You will find your options to be refreshingly simple, flexible and completely customizable. Our patients have the ability to customize a payment plan that works within their budget. Most patients choose to finance their treatment in-house with us, interest-free, selecting their own monthly and down payment amounts. We allow you to easily manage your account online, including making online payments, viewing invoices, and printing receipts.
